If you've ever talked to her, you probably already appreciate her friendly voice and warm laugh. "I love my customers," she says, and we wish you could see her smile when she says it. It's genuine. She's friends with her customers on Facebook, and she even answers their text messages at night, in between mom and wife duties. She says it feels like family working for Bronco, and that's exactly how she treats her customers. But she says they make it easy. "Many of them have known Bronco for years, and they know we sell a good, quality product. They know we can always meet their deadlines." And she enjoys making that happen every day.
