Chris Rankin’s been in the big leagues. He was clocking 60-hour workweeks at a company with 50 times the manpower and 30 times the revenue as Bronco when he got the call that would change his life (even if he didn’t realize it at the time). The man on the other end of the line was asking him to give it all up and start over at a little locally-owned manufacturing company—Bronco. After what Chris calls ‘a lot of soul-searching,’ he made the jump, as hasn’t looked back. Today, he keeps our dollar signs in line as our Vice President and CFO.
