Bronco Manufacturing LLC, Tulsa Oklahoma acquires Powertuff Rig Parts, Houston Texas.

Bronco Manufacturing LLC is pleased to announce that is has completed the acquisition of Powertuff Rig Parts LLC, Houston, Tx. a ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer of Mud Pump Powertrains and Expendables; Drawworks, Drumshafts, Catshafts and Drums; Clutches, Sprockets plus components for Swivels, Rotary Tables and Traveling Equipment.
This acquisition will enhance the manufacturing capability of Bronco Manufacturing LLC and coupled with the existing product lines of both corporations the expanded company will truly be the Premier Global Rig Parts Specialist Supplier.
Bronco Manufacturing LLC Services and Supply Division will also be located in the Houston facility and will offer to existing and new clients full procurement and supply services for capital, expendable and consumable products for the global oil and gas industries. The general manager of this division will be Paul Humphries who has extensive experience and knowledge in this specialized field.
Bronco Manufacturing LLC, founded in 1980, is a Tulsa, Oklahoma based leading manufacturer of repair parts for drilling, workover and well servicing rigs. The company currently manufacturers and supplies over 80,000 replacement parts which are sold to a variety of customers composed of international and domestic land and offshore drilling contractors, private and nationally owned drilling companies, repair centers and supply stores located primarily in international markets.
